I am informed by the Cork Corporation that they have 2,600 applications for rehousing on hands at present. I understand that the particulars requested by the Deputy as to the length of time which the applicants are waiting for rehousing are not readily available. I am arranging, however, that the matter be brought to the notice of the city manager and will communicate further with the Deputy.
