Could the Minister give the comparable figures for last year?
There is a decrease of approximately 4,000 on last year's figures.
I suppose those are the 4,000 that left the country.
They are not counting them any more.
Will the Minister state what arrangements he has made to give employment to these people now?
That is a separate question.
