asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of each of the years 1953 to 1958, inclusive, (1) the value of goods stolen in the Dublin metropolitan area, (2) the number of thefts, (3) the number of cases solved, (4) the number of persons apprehended and convicted for receiving, (5) the value of stolen goods recovered, (6) the total value of cigarettes stolen, and (7) the value of cigarettes recovered.
