Vol. 173 No. 4

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take No. 1 on the Order Paper, and that consideration of Government Business be not interrupted.

Yesterday I asked the Tánaiste what would the sitting days be, if any, in the week in which St. Patrick's Day occurs.

I should say that the business which it is desired to finish before Easter consists of the Vote on Account, the Central Fund Bill and Supplementary Business, the Final Stage of the Companies Bill, the Turf Development Bill and the Supplementary Estimate for the Department of Lands. If that business could be completed next week, the proposal would be to adjourn to 8th April. Perhaps the Whips could have a talk to see what would be required.

Will we be sitting on Tuesday of next week?

If that is desirable.
