I assume that the Deputy is referring to pensions granted under the Military Service Pensions Acts. The question of increasing these pensions and those of other categories payable by my Department, as from the 1st August, 1962, as announced by the Minister for Finance in his Budgetary Statement this year is at present under consideration. The amount of the increase to be granted to the different categories has not yet been determined.
