asked the Minister for Defence with reference to the case of a retired officer and a reply of 14th June 1962 if he will specify the failures of the said officer in the administrative responsibilities imposed on him by Defence Force Regulaton Q.2, Part 1, Paragraph 60 (a).

The failures referred to by the Deputy were the lack of certification of Army Forms 245B in the case of personnel of the Permanent Defence Force attached to the Unit.
