As announced on 21st June, the National Farmers' Association and the flour millers have agreed on the joint operation of a Central Wheat Laboratory. I welcome this arrangement and I have assured the sponsors that they will have my full support. I am hopeful that this development will lead to agreement between millers and farmers in regard to standards.
