The rate levied by Donegal County Council in respect of the year ending 31st March next includes almost twenty shillings in respect of the health services, including mental health services.
Would the Minister say whether this exceeds the 2/- in the £ which his colleague, when Minister for Health, advanced as an estimate of what the cost would be?
It has no relation whatever to that figure, and if the Deputy would only bring his intelligence to bear on the question and on the answer, he would know that.
He has no intelligence.
