Vol. 200 No. 7

Order of Business.

The business will be No. 7 on the Order Paper.

Can the Taoiseach say when it is proposed to allow time for the two motions of annulment put down in the names of members of the Labour Party?

If it is wished to have a vote on those motions, I think we might be able to arrange it at the conclusion of the debate on the Vote on Account.

In view of the fact that the Turf Development Act, 1953 (Regular Works Employees) Superannuation Scheme comes into operation to-morrow, if it is not annulled, will the Taoiseach not consider that the matter is more urgent than that?

I was not sure to which motion the Deputy was referring. If it relates to a statutory Order we will provide time.

May I ask the Taoiseach when it is proposed to take the motion relating to the second interim report of the Health Services Committee?

I cannot answer that question. It is not my responsibility.

Can the Minister for Health?

The Chairman of the Committee is the person responsible for the motion. He is not in the Government's pocket, if that is what the Deputy is trying to imply.

On the last occasion he introduced the motion on a Thursday morning when I was not here. I want to see that he does not do that again.
