Of the 264 agency posts in my Department 43 posts of agent in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Waterford are pensionable while the remaining 221 posts of local agent (part-time) covering the rest of the country are non-pensionable. It is not proposed to take steps to make the posts of local agent (part-time) pensionable.
