It is, of course, the responsibility of the Broadcasting Authority to provide a national television service. Some of the provincial transmitters are not as yet operating at full strength. As I said in the House on 28th February, 1963, if reception is not satisfactory in some isolated districts when the four provincial transmitters are on full power, the authority will consider what further steps should be taken to give adequate coverage in these districts.
