asked the Minister for Local Government whether he is prepared to defer granting his authorisation to the amendment to the Dublin Parking Bye-Laws, under which it is proposed to introduce parking meters into Dublin, until such time as adequate off-street parking accommodation is provided and a period of trial has been given to a free system of parking with discs.
