Compulsory acquisition was found to be necessary in connection with the proposed widening of Baldoyle Road. I hope to be in a position shortly to give my decision on the compulsory purchase order. The widening of Watermill Lane has been approved in principle and the Dublin Corporation are at present considering the question as to what priority should be given to it in their programme of road improvement works.
