The pay increase for members of the Defence Forces is effective from 1st February, 1964. The increase, including arrears, was paid to the men last week.
The increase, including arrears, will be paid to officers at the end of this month with the normal monthly issue of pay. The final details of the increases for the Army Nursing Service are not yet settled, but payment of the increased remuneration will be made as soon as possible.
