asked the Minister for Lands if, further to a previous reply on the matter, the Land Commission have come to any decision regarding the Goor Estate, Lackaroe, Portroe, County Tipperary.
I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 20 and 21 together.
Investigations made by the Land Commission indicate that this estate has recently passed into the ownership of a non-national named Emich Fuerst Zu Leimingen. The Land Commission have decided to go ahead with the inspection of the property and the new owner has been notified accordingly.
