As regards parts (a) and (b) of the question, the relevant dates are 11th May, 1962, and 2nd November, 1962, respectively. As regards part (c), the answer is "no." The position is that an objection by the owner was not finally disposed of until 20th January last when it was disallowed following a public hearing. The matter has now reached the price stage.
