I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to amend the law relating to duties of customs and the importation of goods, to provide for the reduction of the duties of customs on certain goods imported from Northern Ireland and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
