asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if in view of the sensational catches of herrings in the fishing grounds adjacent to Cobh harbour and the facilities for export, cold storage etc., convenient to the harbour, he will consider Cobh harbour as one of the centres in which to develop sea fishing and the processing, packing and selling of fish, at present being planned by his Department.
