Vol. 237 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Galway School.

6.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the very bad condition of Crumlin national school, Ballyglunin, County Galway; and that this school is a serious danger to the health of the children; and what steps he proposes to take to remedy this situation.

Tenders for the erection of a new school at Crumlin, County Galway, have been invited and a contract will be placed without any delay. Pending the erection of the new building the Office of Public Works local architect has been in touch with the manager with a view to having essential works carried out to improve the existing premises which I am advised are in bad repair.

——at the request of Deputy Kitt.

Did Deputy Kitt waken up?

I will be there, like Deputy Corry, when you are all gone.

Order, next question.
