Monaghan County Council's proposal to provide a water supply at Kielyneil is under consideration in my Department and I expect to issue a decision thereon shortly.
There is no proposal before my Department for a sewerage scheme for the area.
Is the Minister aware that I have evidence that the scheme is first on the priority list and that there is no money at present to proceed any further with this scheme? Would the Minister refute that?
