I am at present considering a proposal from Dublin Health Authority regarding the inclusion of a health centre in the proposed community centre in Ballyfermot.
Since discussions are still in progress about the size of the proposed health centre and the method of financing it, I am not in a position to indicate, at this stage, the grants or loans which Dublin Health Authority might make available towards the cost.
