asked the Minister for Local Government if he will furnish a general description of any differential rent scheme submitted to his Department since 1st September, 1969, by (a) Meath County Council, (b) An Uaimh UDC, (c) Dublin County Council, (d) Dublin Corporation indicating (i) the date of submission, (ii) the date of approval and (iii) if the scheme was approved by resolution of the local authority before submission to his Department.

Dublin County Council is the only local authority of those referred to by the Deputy which has submitted a differential rent scheme since 1st September, 1969, for my approval. The scheme which was submitted to me on the 7th October, 1969, was on the lines laid down in circular H 7/69 of 20th February, 1969, and I approved of it on the 13th October, 1969.
The information requested at (iii) of the question is not available in my Department.
