The layout for the town centre development at Ballymun includes sites for facilities such as community halls and a swimming pool. The provision of such facilities is a matter for the corporation to arrange taking account of design requirements and the competing demands on the resources available for capital works generally.
As regards outdoor facilities play areas have already been provided. I understand that work is advanced on the provision of further playground and play pitch accommodation and that additional provision of the kind is planned by the corporation. The extent of the provision to be made is a matter for the corporation to determine.
