An explanatory leaflet giving the main features of the farm modernisation scheme has already been issued by my Department for the guidance of farmers. This leaflet is currently being revised to take account of questions which have been raised since the scheme was introduced and I will keep this and all other documents relating to the scheme under constant review with a view to their revision as the need arises.
