asked the Minister for Local Government the up-to-date position regarding the proposed water scheme for Union Road, Kilmacthomas, County Waterford.

This scheme has been fully approved by me. The execution of the scheme is a matter for the county council.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will sanction an extension of the Ballymacarbry, Ballymakee water scheme to the Glasha area, County Waterford.

There are no proposals before my Department for such a scheme.

asked the Minister for Local Government when sanction in respect of a water scheme at Maglin-Kilnaglory, Ballincollig, County Cork will be granted to the Southern Committee of Cork County Council.

I understand that the local authority are reviewing this and other small schemes on hand in their area with a view to establishing an up-to-date priority list and the outcome of this review is awaited.

Surely a Member is entitled to ask a supplementary question?
