The information requested by the Deputy is not available. The number of systematic short-time workers on the live register on the 18th October, 1974, was 2,975. It is understood that in general persons working a four-day week are not included on the live register.

In mid-August, 1974, the total number of persons on the live register in the industrial group "Professions", who were not insured was 14. It is not possible to say how many self-employed were included in the uninsured persons on the live register.
