I passed a note to the Chair some time ago when it was not occupied by you, Sir, to say that the agreement between Deputy Lalor and myself was to the effect that at 1.30 p.m. all the remaining Estimates and the Appropriation Bill would be put even though this would carry the House a little beyond 1.30 p.m. It was implicit as we understood it in the way business was ordered.
