(Dublin South-Central): Drogheda Harbour Commissioners have applied to me for financial assistance towards the reconstruction of two quays in Drogheda Harbour. I am having the application examined as urgently as possible but I am not yet in a position to indicate when I will be in a position to convey a decision in the matter.

Does the Minister expect that it will take two more years to come to a decision?
