I wish to give notice that I should like to raise on the Adjournment——

I should like to point out to the Deputy that the next item is a question on the Adjournment. It is too late for the Deputy to give notice that he wishes to raise a matter on the Adjournment. The Deputy may raise the matter next Tuesday.

Next week, with the permission of the Chair, I should like to raise on the Adjournment the general function of the civil defence units. As the Chairs knows, I have attempted on five occasions this week to raise the problem facing people in Ballymun. I have attempted to raise it under Environment, under Health, under Defence and also on the Adjournment. Civil Defence units should be brought in to alleviate the situation in Ballymun——

If the Deputy does not desist I shall have to ask him to leave the House.

It is disgraceful that after five attempts——

Will the Deputy to please leave the House?

I have tried on numerous occasions——

I have told the Deputy to leave the House——

This is my sixth attempt to raise this matter in the Irish Parliament. Some 30,000 people——

The Deputy must leave the House. He is insisting on raising this matter in a disorderly fashion. I am calling Deputy Kelly on the Adjournment.
