Having regard to the need to conserve available capital for schemes of higher priority such as the Ennistymon/Lahinch/Liscannor and the Kildysart/Labasheeda water supply scheme and the Ennis main drainage scheme, it is not possible to indicate when decisions can be conveyed to the local authority on the schemes for which contract documents and preliminary reports are under consideration in the Department.
