I am not so aware. I assume the Deputy is referring to the conditions under which court stenographers record criminal proceedings in the Circuit Courts. No Complaints have been made to me either by the Judiciary, by county registrars or indeed by court stenographers about the conditions under which the stenographers work in the courts.
