A grant cannot be paid in this case as, contrary to a qualifying condition of the scheme, notification of completion of work and a claim for payment of the grant were not received in my Department by 30 June 1981.

The file in this case is with the Department's inspector to establish the date of completion of work which will determine the applicant's entitlement to a grant.
He will be informed of the position on receipt of the inspector's report.
