I move:
That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Bill, 1982, which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 4th November, 1982, be restored to the Order Paper.
