A house improvement grant will be approved in this case on receipt of evidence of planning permission. The applicant has been requested to submit this documentation.

Payment of a new house grant will be made when an inspection establishes that the house is satisfactorily completed and that the other conditions applying to the grant scheme have been complied with. The inspection will be carried out shortly.
