In October 1984, I approved in principle Cobh Urban District Council's proposals for both remedial works necessary for the repair of existing houses and a new in-fill housing scheme at Harbour View. The submission of revised technical drawings, together with the agreed revisions to the specifications and the bills of quantities for the proposed works, is currently awaited in my Department.
