A new house grant will be paid in this case when a final inspection establishes that the house has been satisfactorily completed and occupied and that all the conditions of the grant scheme have been fulfilled. The applicant was requested on 9 April 1986 to notify the Department when the house was completed and occupied but such notification has not been received.
