In March 1985, the Dublin Port and Docks Board were advised by the Department to reconsider the application in the light of their serious financial position and to submit details of the financing arrangements for the proposed reclamation. The board have since revised their proposal but have not yet submitted details of the financing arrangements. When this information is supplied, I would hope to make an early decision.
