As regards (b) and (c), I refer the Deputy to the answer given to Question No. 78 on Tuesday of this week. The last year for which statement of accounts of the Central Bank is available is 1986. I have therefore given below the figure for (a) for the ten years from 1977 to 1986 inclusive.
