The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that the Deputy's question would appear to refer to two forms P.60 (statement of pay and tax deducted) furnished to the taxpayer by his employer in respect of the year ended 5 April 1986 and the form P.45 (cessation certificate) issued by his former employer when the taxpayer ceased employment with him. Accordingly, the taxpayer should take the matter up with his former employer.
