asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in having payment of a mortgage subsidy made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that payment was due in February, 1989; and when payment of same will issue.
The claim form for the third instalment of the mortgage subsidy was received in the Department on 6 April, 1989 and payment will be made as soon as possible.
