On 11 October 1989, Dublin Corporation sought sanction to the acceptance of a tender for the first phase of this project which was approved last June. This tender has been the subject of correspondence and discussion between the corporation and the Department and is at present being considered. A decision will be conveyed to the housing authority as soon as possible.
