Ceist:148 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education when she will establish a programme of measures for educational integration for all categories of handicapped pupils at primary and post-primary level.

My Department will be reviewing the various policy measures it might initiate in the near future to facilitate the trend, which is already apparent in practice, towards the integration of handicapped pupils into ordinary primary and post-primary schools. This review will be undertaken in the light of whatever recommendations may be contained in the primary education review body's report.
