151 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Defence if he will reconsider the asking price requested by his Department for a premises (details supplied) in County Cork which is to be acquired for community purposes and is currently an eyesore and in a serious state of disrepair.

The price sought by my Department for the premises in question is in line with its value as assessed by the Commissioner of Valuation. No offer has as yet been received from the party interested in its purchase.
