Ceist:89 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Defence if he will issue an IRA pension to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

The person in question is in receipt of a special allowance under the Army Pensions Acts as the holder of a Service (1917-1921) Medal. He is not eligible for a pension from my Department.
