Ceist:177 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Justice when it is proposed to erect a new Garda Station in Scotstown, County Monaghan; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

It is proposed to build a new Garda station at Scotstown, County Monaghan and a site has been purchased for this purpose. It is not possible to indicate when work will commence on this project — this will be determined in the light of overall priorities and available finance.
