Ceist:

65 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Health if he will provide the Eastern Health Board with staff and vehicles to adequately tackle the rat problem in Dublin city in view of the fact that currently the Eastern Health Board seem unable to service complaints from householders affected with rat infestation.

I am advised by the Eastern Health Board that a review of its operational policy and manning levels in this area is being carried out with a view to improving the level of service.
