Business of Dáil.

The following arrangements shall apply to statements: (1) the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusions not later than 2.30 p.m.; (2) the sitting shall not be suspended at 1.30 p.m. subject to the provision in (8); (3) the opening statement of the Taoiseach and the main spokespersons for the Fianna Fáil Party and the Progressive Democrats Party shall not exceed ten minutes in each case; (4) following the opening statements a second spokesperson for the Fianna Fáil Party, the Government and the Progressive Democrats Party shall be called upon in that order to make statements not exceeding five minutes; (5) the statement of any other Member called upon shall not exceed five minutes in each case; (6) the Taoiseach shall be called upon not later than 12.45 p.m. to make a statement in reply not exceeding five minutes; (7) following the Taoiseach's concluding statement the Taoiseach shall take questions; (8) should the proceedings conclude prior to 2.30 p.m. the sitting shall suspend until 2.30 p.m. and (9) the order shall resume thereafter.

Was that agreed between the Whips?

Yes. All the Whips agreed to the order. The Taoiseach is on his way to the House.
