Ceist:92 Miss Coughlan asked the Minister for Finance if he has finalised the sale of the custom hut at Clogher, Ballyshannon to Donegal County Council. [4953/97]

I assume that the question refers to the site of the former Customs Frontier Post at Cloghore. The Commissioners of Public Works have agreed to dispose of the site to Donegal County Council. The matter has been referred to the Chief State Solicitor's Office to carry out the necessary legal formalities and the requisite maps are being prepared by the Commissioners' surveyor at present. The sale will be completed without any undue delay.
