Ceist:92 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will make a statement on the report of the Kosovo Certification Mission of the OSCE on human rights abuses; the latest figures available to his Department of the number of civilians murdered by official Serb forces or Serb paramilitary groups; if Ireland will press for the arrest and charging of those suspected of these atrocities, regardless of their rank, social or political positions; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
