Ceist:282 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 492 of 20 April 1999, he will ensure that the application of a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will be immediately processed in view of the fact the dealing was lodged in the Land Registry at the beginning of October 1999; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
